Originally from Colorado, Theyen has called Houston home since she was a young kid when her family decided to move. She considers herself a Houstonian and her roots are very deep in this great city. She attended The University of Houston and The Culinary Institute LeNotre leading to her fondness of Houston's wonderful, dynamic dining experiences. When leisure time allows, Theyen enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Luke, and traveling.
